Rosie is an alumni of the Royal Academy and Royal College of Music and is currently 2nd oboe in the London Symphony Orchestra.

Her first job was 2nd and Cor Anglais in the Royal Northern Sinfonia taking her back to her roots in the north east of England. 

Rosie returned to London four years later to take up the Co-Principal oboe position in the English National Opera, moving to London Symphony Orchetsra four years later. 

Rosie has two daughters and is a keen amateur potter.
