It is possible to pay your tuition fees in one payment prior to the beginning of induction week. When paying the whole amount up front there are more payment methods available to you.
Whichever method you choose, payment must have been made by the start of induction week. If part of the cost of your fees is covered by a loan, scholarship or sponsor, you will only be required to pay the outstanding amount.
Online payment portal
Full payment can be made through the RCM’s online payment portal using a debit card, a credit card or Paypal.
Pay online
Cash and Cheques
The RCM is no longer able to accept tuition fee payments fees by cash or cheques.
Debit or credit card
You can pay by debit or credit card in person at the Finance office. This must be done before induction week.
Bank transfer
If you would like to arrange a bank transfer, the details of the RCM account are as follows:
Please remember to include your name or account number, which is your Student ID number, as a reference. This will enable the RCM to identify your payment. If we cannot identify your payment from the reference, we may ask you to provide more information such as written confirmation of the transfer from your bank.
If you are using bank transfer, payment must reach us by induction week, so please allow up to five working days for processing. You also need to pay any bank charges levied, including any foreign currency transaction charges.
If you have paid via bank transfer please bring proof or confirmation with you when you arrive for induction week. Your bank will be able to provide you with a receipt. Printed confirmation from the internet is also acceptable.
Account reference
Your account reference is your student ID, which is emailed to new students by the Registry prior to induction week. Please quote this reference on all payments made to the RCM in addition to your name.
Receipts
If you need a receipt for tax purposes urgently, please contact the Student Finance team stating an address to which you would like the receipt sent.
If you require a receipt for your personal records, then we would greatly appreciate if you could wait until after induction week as this is a very busy time for the Finance department.
I have been charged the wrong amount
If you feel you have been charged the wrong amount, please contact the Student Finance team if the charge relates to your tuition fees or scholarship (if you have been awarded one).
