Eugenie's Television Debut

RCMJD violinist Eugenie Dalgleish made her first television appearance on Melody and Friends, which airs on CBeebies.

The series introduces young audiences to classical music and instruments in a fun and lively way. Eugenie performed a section of the first movement of Barber’s Violin Concerto with piano accompanist, Deborah Shah. In the programme, Eugenie talks to the star of the show ‘Melody’ about playing the violin.

The programme, which was broadcast on Friday 14 October, is available to watch again on BBC iPlayer for audiences in the UK.
