The RCM Development team raises significant support from individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations annually, ranging from Friends memberships to seven figure gifts. The Development Operations Manager develops and applies data across our philanthropic and venue hire activities, collaborates with fundraisers on the successful identification and engagement of new supporters and leads on succinct reporting for the Development team, including analysis of key performance indicators. We are looking for candidates who:
- Enjoy delving into both qualitative and quantitative data, and can compile clear and compelling reports
- Have experience managing a CRM database, preferably Raiser’s Edge NXT within a fundraising context
- Can balance a diverse range of projects efficiently with excellent attention to detail
This post is offered on a fixed term basis for six-months and is available from May 2023. RCM is happy to consider requests for primarily remote working for this role, with the understanding that the successful applicant would need to come to South Kensington roughly twice a month. This position is offered on a full-time basis however consideration will be given to requests for part-time working at a minimum of 0.8FTE (4 days per week).
