Diana Ketler
Diana Ketler was born in Riga and received her first musical impulses from her parents. She studied piano in her native Riga, followed by studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg and the RAM in London.
As a soloist, chamber musician and conductor, Diana performed at such venues as Musikverein and Konzerthaus in Vienna, Philarmonie in Berlin, Carnegie Hall in New York, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, Osaka Symphony Hall, Bozar in Brussels, La Fenice in Venice and appeared in many music festivals, including Lucerne Festival, Rheingau Musik Festival, Gstaat Musiksommer and Kuhmo Festival.
Diana is the Artistic Director of two major European chamber music festivals - SoNoRo Festival in Romania and Chiemgauer Musikfrühling in Bavaria.
Diana served as a Professor of Piano at the Royal Academy of Music in London since 2000 and Professor of Chamber Music at the Haute École de Musique in Geneva since 2017. She gives regular masterclasses in Europe and Japan and is a founder of the Interferentes workshop programme for young talented chamber musicians and soloists, which takes place in Romania, Italy and Germany.
Diana is an elected Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music in London.
