Wednesday 3 July

Photography sessions in OP01, 10am – 3.30pm. See the photography information for more details. Sample gowns will be available for photography purposes.

Thursday 4 July

  • Gown collection in the Recital Hall, 9.30am – 3pm. 

    Gowns will be available for collection on 4 July for those who are having photos taken. Gown collection will be very busy on Graduation day, so you may wish to collect on this day to avoid queuing if you are able to. See the gown collection page for more details.   • Photography sessions in OP01, 9.30am – 3.30pm. See the photography information for more details.

Friday 5 July: Graduation day

  • Gown collection in Recital Hall, 8.30am onwards
  • Group photograph (wearing gowns) on main entrance steps, 12.15pm (prompt)
  • Graduand registration in Britten Theatre Foyer, 12.30pm – 12.50pm
  • All graduands and guests seated in Britten Theatre for final checks, 1.00 pm latest
  • Graduation ceremony in Britten Theare, 1.15pm – 2.05pm
  • Reception in Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, 2.05pm – 3.05pm
  • Latest return time for gowns to the Recital Hall, 5.30pm latest
