Mark Messenger - Marathon Man

RCM Head of Strings Mark Messenger has run the London Marathon for charity once again, with the proceeds this year going directly to support talented RCM students. Mark completed the route in 3 hours 50 minutes, raising just over £4,500 - an amazing feat!

And if that wasn't enough, on Sunday 20th May the Royal College will throw its doors open for Super String Sunday. Throughout the day, you will be able to hear 26 pieces representing the 26 miles of Mark's Musical Marathon, performed by students from the RCM. Be a part of this fantastic day, and see how much we will have raised together by the end.
