Junior Fellowships for Students on the RCM's Artist Diploma Programme
The RCM is pleased to offer the following Junior Fellowships for students on the RCM's Artist Diploma Programmes programme:
- Mills Williams Junior Fellowship
- Constant & Kit Lambert Junior Fellowship
Junior Fellows on the Artist Diploma in Performance programme will receive an award which will make a substantial contribution both to fees for the course and to their living costs. Junior Fellows on the Artist Diploma in Performance programme will be considered members of the team of Junior Fellows and will be expected to participate fully in RCM life.
Applicants interested in this Junior Fellowship need to apply BOTH via UCAS Conservatoires for the Artist Diploma in Performance programme AND submit an application portfolio for the Junior Fellowship. Applicants who have not applied for BOTH components by the closing date will NOT be considered for this Junior Fellowship.
Full-time students going into their second year of the Artist Diploma in Performance programme may also apply, and will need to specify in their application that they are applying for their second year of the programme.
Please note that the Junior Fellowships for students on the Artist Diploma in Performance programme are not renewable, and may be held for one year only. The portfolio should contain:
- Letter of application addressed to the Director
- Curriculum Vitae and biography (c 200 words)
- Proposal for a programme of personal study
- Budget outline: for budgetary purposes, you should assume that the bursary for living costs is £6,750 for the Mills Williams Junior Fellowship and £5,000 for the Constant & Kit Lambert Junior Fellowship
- A recording of a recent performance
Applications must be submitted by the deadline via Decision Desk
