Information for All Applicants
Applicants auditioning in Asia can be considered for scholarships as well as places. These are awarded based on performance at audition – there is no need to submit a separate application.
Applicants for Composition and Composition for Screen must also submit their portfolio by the application deadline. Please see the Audition Requirements section for details of how to do this.
Please note that auditions in Asia are not available for opera, conducting, lute, organ (except Hong Kong) or percussion. Auditions for these principal studies are held only in London.
The RCM is not able to provide accompanists at its Asian audition centres, so please ensure that you make arrangements to bring your own if required.
