Replacement certificates, duplicate transcripts or other qualification related enquiries

The RCM Registry can help former students with replacements or duplicates of certificates and transcripts. 

Former students may need a replacement or duplicate certificate or transcript of studies if the original document(s) has been destroyed or lost, or needs to be frequently sent to other bodies, for example, in support of applications for funding. Former students might also need a letter confirming specific details about their studies.

Please indicate what sort of document you need, the programme you studied, the year in which you graduated and address to which the documents should be sent.

A charge is made for replacement documents requested after graduation. The rates are as follows:

  • Replacement certificate, with or without up to four transcripts requested at the same time: £25
  • Reprint transcript only: £10, with additional copies of transcripts at £2 per copy* 
  • Letter of confirmation: free of charge

*Reprint transcripts are provided free of charge to current students. 

The fee must be paid in advance, unless later payment is approved by the Academic Registrar. Certificates will be dispatched by recorded delivery unless collected in person.
