Pianist Veniamin Zhukov has won the Royal College of Music’s Chappell Medal competition 2017.

The Russian pianist claimed the Chappell Medal and first prize in the RCM’s most prestigious piano competition with his recital of Beethoven’s Piano Sonata no 29 in B flat major.
