Treasures from the RCM Collections

Ingrid Pearson, Deputy Head of the Graduate School, has recently given a lecture as part of the Gresham College Lecture Series.

Entitled ‘Celebrating the past: treasures from the RCM collections’, she discussed items from the RCM Library and Centre for Performance History including a new acquisition – the earliest know English-language tutor for the clarinet, published in London circa 1772.
