This is a full-time (1FTE) role offered on a fixed-term contract, available from mid-August 2017 to June 2018.

The Registry Assistant (International) supports the RCM’s administrative procedures to ensure that both the College (as a Tier 4 Sponsor), and its students meet the requirements set by the UK Home Office, and provides guidance and advice to applicants and students regarding the process of obtaining sponsorship from the RCM to study in the UK. Additionally, the Registry Assistant (International) and the Registry Assistant (Students) act as first point of contact for visitors to the Registry, coordinate the booking of rooms used for teaching and practice, help maintain accurate student records and provide a wide range of administrative assistance to the Registry Team.
You will be enthusiastic and friendly, familiar with an administrative environment, an excellent communicator with first class planning and organisational skills and have sound IT proficiency. An appreciation of classical music would be a distinct advantage.
