Will moved to London at twenty years old, from his hometown of Brighton and began working with influential artists including Alex Wilson, Snowboy, Roy Ayers, Jamiroquai, Nathan Haines, Dele Sosimi, Roberto Pla, Duffy and more. 

He went on to perform in over fifty countries, taking classes in Cuba, Brazil and Senegal.

Will has played in groups or on sessions led by many of his favourite percussionists, including David Pattman, Paul Clarvis, Eliel Lazo, Edwin Sanz, Mohammed Guaye, Roberto Pla and Sola Akingbola, with whom he had the privilege of performing with Giovanni Hidalgo in 2019.

Will has recorded and toured extensively with Jungle, recorded with The Very Best and Baaba Maal in his home town of Podor in Senegal and performed with Asake and The Compozers at The O2 arena in London and in Abuja and Lagos in Nigeria. 

Other artists Will has worked with include Eliane Correa, Hikaru Utada, Floating Points, Celeste, Kwame Yeboah, Frank McComb, Native Dancer, Maite Hontele, Skinshape, Joe Bataan, The Outlook Orchestra, Oscar Jerome, Lucy Rose, Nostalgia 77, Anthony Joseph, ZFEX and Waaju with whom he recorded with Moroccan multi-instrumentalist Majid Bekkas.

Will has been a band member in a number of West End Shows, including Motown the Musical, The Lion King and Burn The Floor and recorded on several film soundtracks including Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, The Bad Guys and Mufasa: The Lion King.
